Wonderful dentists, great dental assistants. Very fun building as well - don't look down if you decide to explore the staircase. Check out their Winter Garden on floor 3.

I’ve been a patient here since moving to Seattle last year and I’m very satisfied with my experience. Dr. Alicia Kim has been awesome for all of my visits. She explains everything thoroughly and her work has been skilled and pain free. The staff is also really helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this practice!

I can’t recommend this dentist office enough! Everyone is super friendly, personable, and goes out of their way to make sure you have a great dental experience. They even made sure my parking was validated. I truly appreciate Downtown Seattle Dentists and highly recommend them to anyone:D

It’s been many years since I’ve been to the dentist, due to some particularly bad experiences, and I was feeling nervous tbh. My dental hygienist was skilled and had a great awareness about my anxiety & sensitivity, and I felt very well cared for. My cleaning went well and Dr. Kim was very straightforward and thorough with her explanations, and honestly my teeth are in much better shape than I had been told previously. Dr. Kim and my hygienist both had kind and helpful advice about improving and mitigating some of the calcium degradation I do have (forget the exact term, but basically pre-cavity), and I’m looking forward to return to the dentist in 6 months… the first time in YEARS I’ve felt like this. Thank you all, and an extra shout out to the receptionist. I cannot stress how refreshing it was to call a medical office and not have to go through a soulless automated phone tree. He picked up promptly, was helpful, friendly, and informative, and his care before I even set foot in the office is a large part of why I scheduled with this practice in the first place.

The entire team is great here - never have to wait in the lobby for more than 5 minutes and the dentists & all the assistants etc. are kind, thoughtful & never get annoyed by a patient like me who is a TOTAL baby about dental work & take at least 3 full syringes of Novocain before I can even have a simple baby cavity worked on. They are just great all around!

I have been going to The Downtown Seattle Dentist for a few years, and every time, I’ve had a great experience. The staff has been welcoming, warm, and friendly and the dental work has always been performed with care. They have been gentle, yet thorough and I leave feeling great with happy teeth. I would highly recommend going to The Downtown Seattle Dentist for your next dental exam or cleaning.

I’ve lived in Seattle for 30+ years and have had many dentists…and these are easily the best! I reached out when I had a dental issue overseas and they accommodated me quickly after my return when my own dentist couldn’t. They have a practical approach to dental care and have never recommended a procedure I suspected I didn’t need. And the procedures they performed were invariably done very, very well. Every person I have met at this practice is also a kind person and absolute professional. Just wish I had found them earlier….

I have been going to Downtown Seattle Dentists for about 2 years now. I cannot emphasize enough how much I have appreciated being a patient here. My dental insurance was unexpectedly cancelled at the beginning of October and I only had coverage through the end of the month. Marnie and Jack were able to move things around so I could reschedule my cleaning (and subsequent filling!) before my insurance expired.

I’ve been a patient here for as long as I can remember and have always received excellent dental care. I especially want to recognize Marni at the front desk—she truly makes a difference. She always has a warm smile, remembers you, and makes you feel completely taken care of. She’s incredibly thorough and competent, and it genuinely feels like she’s invested in making sure you have the best possible experience. That kind of care and consistency feels rare these days, and Marni is such a breath of fresh air!
